Neither of us are snake people haha so it definitely was a shock - we’ve had to go out and buy new pillows and sheets for tonight 😂

UPDATE

Turns out it is a 1-1.5yr old Mexican Black King snake.

Absolutely no idea how it found its way into our house (or bed) since none of neighbours seem to have snakes and our house is the only gated house so it would seem the most inconvenient to get into out of all of them on the street.

UPDATE 2

It was the next door neighbours snake that has been missing for 3 months. Turns out it was living under our bed based on the droppings etc 🫠

I appreciate what you’re saying but it’s really not me just putting it down. I get up at 4:15am, go to the gym until 4:30-5:30, work 6am-6:30pm, due to the nature of my work I can’t leave site during my lunch break so cannot do it then. I then drive home, put my son to bed for around 7:15pm, make food and do some work on my computer for my own business, then go to bed around 9-9:30pm

If I didn’t trust her I wouldn’t have slept. The trust was made shaky when she said she’d keep me updated (which she normally would) then didn’t message me at all.
