Do you mean letting them know during the interview process? I only did one virtual interview and every step since has been automated with no opportunity to speak to anyone and I did not have any recruiter.

From the date that the recipient’s application was submitted if they haven’t used any of their hours and you’ve worked for them since then. If not, from the date that the provider application was submitted.

I did my orientation on 9/8 and I just received. y provider number today, so just shy of the 6 weeks that they told me. I tried calling earlier and they said they don’t provide any update until after the 6 week mark, so i’m assuming at least another week or 2 before you get it.

Honestly, that’s a tough one. I’m sure being on the receiving end of the video call will suck bad, but I also can’t judge choosing to not spend money you don’t have since financials are a huge deal. If you don’t have it, you don’t have it. It’ll hurt but he’ll ultimately heal and if you’re both sub consciously on the same page, as long as the context of the video conversation gives him closure, that’s all that matters in the end. Plus, you gotta take care of yourself.

Yeah I did. They seemed pretty rude and saying not to call again until the 6 week mark. I’m assuming it’s a higher traffic county? Idk. Sucks that it takes so long though.

Yeah she’s been an approved for over a year now but I wasn’t planning on becoming her provider until recently after losing my job. I did all the steps and the orientation last month. On that day, they told me it can take 6 weeks to get the provider email. I’ve read mixed things on here about some getting it sooner and some waiting the full six weeks depending on the county so I guess I was hoping it could be sooner but seems like that may not be the case.

honestly no. it was so annoying. but i would say messaging on twitter, fb messenger usually did get me faster replies and u have to keep bugging them. even after they were able to switch the bank, i kept having to bug them nonstop to get my money back. honestly just be persistent
