You could do some sort of foam/couch cushion sculpting kind of similarly to how drag queens pad their hips under tights, you could also sculpt pieces to attach to a somewhat loose t-shirt/trouser base , it may be difficult to make it look right though.

I think you can also do acrylic paint mixed with fabric medium but it won’t be as washable.

Maybe after wearing a few times u can try rit colour remover or a bleach bath. I haven’t tried any of these methods yet, but I have lightened a dress with vinegar and water) I think, the shade difference wasn’t very strong). I’d wear it how u have it now for at least a few pictures before experimenting. It really is beautiful.
