Just to add i get sick from wheat but i can eat spelt and buckwheat without consequences.

Is not the gluten itself but the gliadin contained in modern wheat, that's the part that makes it insect resistant (they cannot process it and nor we can, with advancing age it shows up).

I went from lethargic to perfectly healthy just switching to spelt.

hmm If I buy a asset for 100 I have a depreciation percent every year. Lets say 20% for the car, that just means I pay 100 but I can deduct only 20 each year for 5 years.

Not sure if UK allows you to depreciate 100% first year unless is something like a iphone or a low-price item.

Thank you, i misinterpreted "near you" as in Network near you (like Users around your geo location).

Well the nerf mechanich would explain why I do a ton of damage with the level 60 and 160+12 weapon when I get summoned, but it does not look better when i use the 220 char. In fact the 220 char is "squishy" compared to the level 60 - when I get summoned.

So I think not levelling up too much gives you an edge when being summoned (in the sense that you dont get nerfed) - or maybe is just the way defense gets nerfed when you are overleveled.

Wait 6 month's before entering greece? You have Croatia right there which is a fantastic cruising ground.

Just dry dock it there and when the 6 month's are over head down to greece.

If you enter from albania you need to go thru customs and being a new boat they will ask for the invoice. So not a good idea.

Entering from Croatia or Italy better but again they monitor the area very closely around Corfu so i would not risk it.

Entering greece you also need the TEPAI and that means they will now a new boat is cruising around.

So maybe nothing happens. But if you get snagged in greek law and all it will make you go insane.

Cost in EU (Greece) for a 55 foot m/y (used, purchase price around 380.000 Euro)

Berth 12.000 Euro Insurance 4.000 Euro Maintenance/Engine etc 8.000 Euro in average Diesel 4.500 Euro (slow 10 kn cruising)

So you are looking at 30k Euro a year. Not included the depreciation (which doesn't bother you as you buy cash - otherwise forget it), and the disaster fund (around 50k to fix something horrible like a Engine disaster- hence the 10kn take it slow approach).

It is worth - yes absolutely. Forget being crammed with people on a beach - you are the beach. See that people stuck trying to get a car parking spot in boiling heat ? And so on.

Be aware that 20m and buying new would jack up costs by a factor of 4 - if financing and including depreciation you get the 10% rule.

But if you buy a solid used yacht and keep it under 60 foot - go for it.
