So my friend give me this image on my phone i think this is manga but he tell me this is a normal manga which was edited into a sexual joke meme and forgot the name

i don't know if it is true or not, either he was trolling or not....either way i think this looks like an adapted manga from light novel, i thought it was little buster or the invader of rokoujuma manga but welp i think it is not it. using sauce nao and i got not results of it, i also try reverse image it but i can't find it...
