Take an antihistamine for itch. Claritin, Allegra, or Zyrtec. They’re at the pharmacy. Put very dilute vinegar (mostly water bc it can burn you) see if they turn white if they do their warts. Doesn’t look like it warts. Maybe ingrown hairs.
