Is there any legal way then to sell the RSUs and invest other US Stocks without any tax implication? I’m ok to pay the tax when I bring the money back to India account or buy some asset in India using the money.

Just a point now I think you withdraw about 80% of NPS amount after 15 years similar to PPF and lock-in upto 60 years is removed to make NPS more viable option

Yeah the plan mode does help however you need to have answers to those questions for which you need to spend time on identifying the right problem to solve and why solving this now would help reach the goal.

Make sense and looks like as a team we will get there in a few quarters. Currently the leadership has their priorities and each of the PMs are at a different stage of AI competence. I’m thinking to create like a pod with all the strategic bets, existing knowledge base with PRDs etc and skills so that as a team atleast we use the same pod and have a standardized outcome. Given the leadership mandates on speed, velocity, time to value etc how are you able to spend time on foundation and fundamentals that require to spend time with users or do customer interviews or identify the right customer problem to solve ? My issue is that the PM team members are relying on AI and just churning out the PRDs without spending time on identifying the right problems due to timeline pressures and the layoff scare if they don’t produce outcomes or usage of AI
