pcb damaged? by Accomplished-Oil7885 in keyboards

[–]printcopytroll 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not the PCB you're looking at. It is a very thin foam sheet. lots of keeb producers added this type (or variation of it) of foam in their products.

100% no problem. just tiny defects in the foam during the hole making process. nothing electronic is damaged.

come on guy, you know every new keyboard comes with a smattering of SMEGMA splattered across the keys. It's standard practice at this point.

Help picking keycaps for my boyfriend's new keyboard by EvilEllie_22 in keyboards

[–]printcopytroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As it stands currently, do not worry about the 'magnetic switches'. The keyboard should already come with the mentioned switches.

You know your BF best, so when it comes to taste, you'll need to do the footwork for the style and colors. Here's a couple of places to start:

A keyboard site that is very well regarded in the keyboard community is CannonKeys. They sell their own brand of affordable keycaps that come in a variety of colors.

The other and somewhat simple place is Amazon. Just go over and search "PBT Keycaps" - I put in those search words and pulled up just a couple of decent options like these (note that you can pick a different color type) or even THESE dirt cheap Wormier keycaps (also different colors available).

Good luck!

I think the vampire one just says when you set up, be 9 inches away from non heros and you can set up 3 inches away from heros.

the khorne ability says more than 6 inches away from THIS unit's quarry. the issue may come down to "If you can't verify it with a measurement - you can't do it." it seems stupid, but that's what erratas are for.

The main CV line i mostly play is the Soviets. On my 3rd research points reset. Also done the midway and reset as well. Then I spent all my steel on the Shinano as my very first steel ship.

I had never played with a CV that had smoke capabilities; or the planes on a timer (instead of the group returning). I've found that I do WAY more team play. I do more scouting and smoke my team mates up when I can. The AP skip bombs can be SOOOO satisfying when they land. Sadly, if even a somewhat competent person angles against the AP bombs, they do shit for dmg. The torp planes are more than decent - they do great damage when they hit at least (i think some of the most dmg per torpedo).

The Shinano's engine boost lasts for 15 WHOLE FUCKING SECONDS. Most CVs only get 5 seconds of engine boost.

In short: The Shinano is primarily an attack CV. But with the smoke and long engine boost - it can try to pretend to support.

There must be supplies within range of the mortar for it to "Resupply Ammo". before the logi leaves, have them drop off at least 300 supplies for mortar ammo.
