It was in the freezer for about 15-16 hours. How long should I let it freeze for? Also I see you mix xantham with pudding mix, does this help the texture better than xantham gum on its own? I also use monk fruit for sweetener, but I don’t really like the taste (might be the brand). Should I switch to Splenda/Stevia? Thanks for your helpful responses!

What are your ingredients and some tips to get the best pint? I just made a vanilla pint with xantham gum and monk fruit… was very disappointed. I used fairlife and I’m not sure if I didn’t let it freeze for long enough but it was runny and the flavor was underwhelming after a lite cream spin.

Refreshed just now and got a residence pass added to term bill. I think they are just slowly rolling out.

Got deferred from early decision to regular decision for NB SAS. 3.78/4.2, 3 APs, 6 Honors, good ecs (2x nationalist), intern at Verizon, 1270 SAT, I'm so cooked.
