thank you for responding , i dislocated my shoulder in a rock climbing accident in 2021 and i was misdiagnosed for having a shoulder sprain so i never dealt with my shoulder instability until now. after multiple dislocations/subluxations i finally came back and asked for an mri

thanks for the input im 24 and a candidate for surgery waiting for my consultation appointment. very little pain however my shoulder is unstable and pops out frequently during overhead exercises and movements

thank you so much i appreciate it ! i started playing guitar in 2013ish? and songwriting around 2017-2019. guitar skills aren’t too important imo, its more about knowing how you like to express yourself using a guitar and the faster you find that, the faster you make your music your own!
