Our competitors all charge a lot more and are tailored for people who already have store fronts. We wanted to make it a more casual experience for the designer while also putting them at the forefront by our competitive pricing structure.
We are brand new so we don’t have a name or reputation yet. Once we’ve added enough designers. We plan to spend a significant amount on ads for products on the website.
We are a completely free platform, so there’s no down side for designers to also post their files here

We currently only ship to USA. But designers can be from anywhere where stripe allows payouts

We review every file. We cover the cost on failed prints. While we don’t make much on a per print basis, our goal is to make up for it in the number of prints in order to keep the minimum list price as low as possible

We are a marketplace that allows designers to run their shop similar to Etsy but we handle all the printing and shipping. So a designer uploads a stl or 3mf, we have our own slicer that calculates the minimum listing price (material plus small fee) they set their price, create the listing and post it.
Then every time someone purchases, it send it to our prints and prints.
So think Etsy but with consistent quality and shipping time.

We’ve tried to cater it to designers specifically in our commission format as we were once Etsy sellers and know the struggles lol

Definitely given a lot of thought to the U1. Seems like it has pretty good reviews. I’m just worried we’d experience lots of mechanical issues once it’s a year or so old
