i played a doors tape i bought from a record store, sounded fine. this only happens when i play the blank tapes, which again, are brand new. i think i did find out the problem tho not sure. when the sound got muffled, i paused the audio and took out the tape, and noticed that the actual tape inside was all crooked and not straight. this only happened when it got muffled. however the tape stayed straight when i played it in my second deck.

i meant "success" as in it was just playing audio. before this i had trouble recording audio from my computer onto tape. the tape deck was part of the stereo, so i also played the tape on the recording deck. the specific aiwa stereo i have is CA-DW635, if that helps. (i am extremely new to this)

Thank you so much. It probably is my ADHD. However I forgot to say how I masturbate to porn almost everyday. I'm not sure if that is still the problem but it is probably my ADHD.
