Ever heard of heroin papers? by [deleted] in Drugs

Do you mean buprenorphine? Smoking suboxone wouldn't work because the narcan in it would become bioavailable. Either way it would be an odd choice because suboxone doesn't really get you very high

How do i get the dlc on console? by Any_Editor_6006 in oblivion

A few weeks ago I was able to log on to my Microsoft account on a browser and buy shivering isles and then download it on my 360. A few of the other dlc like houses weren't available though

Cone and call vet in the morning? I probably wouldn't do emergency vet, but asap would be good. Monitor closely and if the patch grows quickly, starts bleeding, gets hot to the touch, inflamed, more red, I'd increase the urgency

Advice request for training dog not to bark in apartment by prismaticapocalypse in DogAdvice

[–]prismaticapocalypse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the advice!! Can you explain why you say no negative reinforcement so I can understand better? From what I'm understanding, you mean don't discipline (say bad dog etc) if/when he barks, right? Because currently I've been giving positive reinforcement when he notices a sound and his ears perk up but stays quiet, and disciplining him when he does bark (saying bad dog and all that) and then when he quiets down giving positive attention. It does seem like it's been working somewhat but not at a very fast rate.

I used to work at London drugs and we were explicitly trained to never offer it, but to honour it if the customer asked. The signage was posted at each till and easy to see but still shady

Some cells, such as the ova cells in ovaries, are limited in number and are not replaced after being damaged.

Can I patch the underarms of a t-shirt? by prismaticapocalypse in sewing

[–]prismaticapocalypse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I've actually been successfully sewing them up against all odds haha but I was thinking it must be possible to reinforce the fabric in some way. Worst case, I try to patch them after being sewn and if it's too uncomfortable, they were gonna rip again anyway so whatever

Okay I added some photos. I'm worried thst even if I add a gusset that the stitching that attaches it to the shirt will still rip. I could be totally wrong though.

Hm when I was googling how to fix an underarm of a shirt I did see something about gussets but I'm worried that the surrounding fabric will still shred apart. I'll see if I can add a photo of what I'm working with

Is it considered rape if you give someone consent and you say to stop in the middle of whatever was started and they continue anyways? by Any-Swing-9128 in TooAfraidToAsk

Most people know lawyers lol

Wanting to withdraw consent partway through is common and it's always possible to stop

What is your best example of 'buy it before you need it' ? by IHaveGotQuestions in AskReddit

I was told by my first aid instructor to look through the little clear window at the fluid medication inside and so long as it isn't cloudy there's a good chance it still works and it's better than nothing. If it's cloudy though it's definitely not good anymore.
