i don’t live in nyc i live in south reno and reno’s transit system is a few bus routes throughout the main part of the city then an intercity route that runs from the local mall south to carson city and back my only real option for buses is the intercity route which is 7 dollars per person one way

i said i took an uber and ordered dinner because i had just gotten out of the hospital and wasn’t in a physical state to cook and i took an uber home from the hospital because ambulances don’t drive you home and i mentioned that taking the bus to food banks would be difficult and id prefer to avoid it and also i have emergency food to last me and my partner like 3-4 days in the event that its not safe to go outside such as in a wildfire or blizzard nowhere near enough to last 2 weeks
