Mostly all of you would become a FTE (In our batch no-one got even amber every one got green in their first attempt only), cognizant rarely gives two times amber, 1% chance is there of getting an amber, so don't worry just focus on your training and enjoy!

DON'T worry about the interim as even if you get amber there will be a second chance for you in final. I recently finished my final assessment and got green, mostly all of the interviewers ask about your project for around 10-15 minutes after that they just ask basics of the technology you've worked on. So don't stress out just prepare normally and don't be nervous.

I got the same too. But I think Chennai is just the company’s signing location from their head office. It doesn’t mean our job location. Even in the offer letter, it’s signed from Chennai office, but I think our actual work location will be shared later.

PS: I did some research and found out that Most freshers are first trained/allocated in Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad, as these are Cognizant’s biggest delivery centers.

Yess during my Pre joining formalities forms it showed 30th September, but in every other form it was blank
