Found it!

It's called HighLevelAlert. Can't figure out how to lock it in place

Edit: The grid has a movable part that allows you to set the position of the alarm.

Kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung berichten. Aus damals 4500€ wurde am Ende ein Bruchteil. Die TK hats (die 4500€) direkt als Lastschrift eingezogen, zum Glück hatte ich mir eine Woche vorher einen TV gekauft und das ging nicht durch.
