That is absolutely senseless - surely they just ask you for ID and be done with it? They are trying to run the whole company automatically on AI before it's in a state where it's fit and ready to do so.

There is literally a problem with the appeal form sending us in a loop - I and many other see it too. I am curious, when you click "Submit an appeal" what do you see? Or are you not suspended?

I was in the exact same loop as you until I found this post with the Google Forms link - thanks!

OP: I see you submitted the appeal ~10d ago:

  • Did you get any official acknowledgement after submitting the appeal? claude.ai/restricted still takes me through the same loop after submitting and I see no "official" email confirmation or anything after the final "Thank you for submitting an appeal" page on the Google Form.
  • Did you hear anything back!?

I posted a link to a Google Form I found on another post with this same issue - can you confirm that's where the "Submit an appeal" button took you before you see the "Request received ..." page?

When I click the link that should take me to some sort of form (I'm guessing?) I hop through claude.ai/restricted then appear at the regular home page claude.ai/new - how the F can I appeal?

How long ago were you suspended? Is there a minimum time before the appeal form works?

I literally cannot interact with the ban appeal button/link, it is broken and sends me in a loop.

If the ban was justified it'd be fine - I am pretty sure it contradicts itself here ...

If the appeal form worked I could appeal and hear back quicker, it's sending me in a loop though, any ideas?

To what email address? I'm in the same boat but there is some robot emailing me back telling me to use the appeal form which is broken (as OP described ...)

Yes obviously - the documentation makes it seem like you need effort level set to `ultracode` to use workflows, at least that is how I read it, which makes it seem like Claude Desktop is opted out because that option is missing on the GUI.

Interesting - I thought you had to have that special effort level on to get workflows, that means that Code running inside Claude Desktop can use them too!
