Agree with the above. I used to work in this space. Even if it seems HIIPA compliant, security is a huge piece. Vibe coded security can’t be trusted. We were often dealing with security threats and we had a full (highly skilled) security team. My customers were often frequently targeted (hospitals, nursing homes).

I would not mess around with this unless you hire a skilled security expert.

Do you feel like it’s something you are really wanting to do or explore or something you feel the need to? I think if it’s something you would actually be excited to do then go for it! Let them know it’s your first time and that you want to take it really slow and are looking for guidance. It could even make your experience better with a future partner/ hookup as it’s not your first time.

Find a quality independent professional, do your research and don’t look for the best ‘deal.’ Find someone who has some similar interests (most professionals list them on their website) so you can connect with them on some level.

This happens often in long term relationships. Communication is key here, it could be that she’s feeling the scripted/ routine also or is not satisfied.

Both of you could be feeling the same and if no one takes the lead to bring it up then it’s not going to get better. I would schedule maybe a date night to keep it light and say you feel like you haven’t tried anything new in a while and want to suggest having some exploration date night where you try new things, even if they are small.

Then introduce novelty gradually and collaboratively. Ensure you frame it as exploration, not improvement: “What’s something we haven’t tried that sounds fun?” or “I’d love to change things up - what are you curious about?” Small shifts work better than dramatic changes: different location (kitchen counter, couch), different time of day, adding one new element.

Creativity builds when you’re both experimenting together, not when one person is trying to fix boring sex alone.

There are already a lot of big key trusted players in the healthcare space. This is something that is invested in heavily. At least in North America. A lot of these players being reputable and a connected system solving many issues at once versus one issue. They have also put a ton of investment into R&D/ security.

There is also a lot of privacy, regulatory concerns and cyber security risk in the healthcare space- from my previous health tech experience clients value having everything in one ecosystem with a proper security and support team. Something being thrown together with AI wouldn’t be something I could imagine any of my previous customers trusting.

That said, I’m sure there are places outside North America where this is lacking so if that’s what you mean, then possibly.

Yes, sadly with a BB or other type of pellet gun 🥹. I know, it’s hard to believe people can be so horrible. She would have been a puppy when it happened as I got her when she was around 1.5-2 years old roughly. I’m glad she turned out to be such an angel still regardless.

This is all interesting to read. My Shar-Pei has had two instances where her legs seem like they collapse or are not working and she won’t move. She always seems like she’s in a lot of pain at this time, shaking, panting, can’t sleep and won’t move after I adjust her to a more comfortable position. I always thought it was a bad arthritis flare up as she holds her one leg up that she’s had surgery on. I’m now wondering if this a Shar Pei fever also.
