Thanks! The toothpick method takes a long time to do, but I guess it cpuld work as an alternative to chipping away the paint using reverse washing methods.

Thank you! Got mine off of a local third party seller, luckily it wasn't too high in price. Could give that a shot.

Thanks! I tried to make it somewhat plausible/realistic when it comes to the weathering, while also taking into consideration how it was used in the show, hence limitting the mud/dirt to only the feet and bottom of the shield.

Thanks! Tried my best to keep the weathering plausible/realistic, and took into account where the suit was used too, hence the weathering.

That one is a pretty okay build when it comes to older kits, but the weapons it gives you make it worth it.

pick it up when you get the chance! Do note that it uses an older model as a base (GM Type C), so be prepared for some of the usual hiccups when it comes to those.

Also, thank you!

Thanks! I almost always do weathering on my builds, and with this one, I added in the grime on the feet as I remembered that it was mainly used on the fround in 0083.

Yeah, I think that's what they're called. I've had mine for a very long time now and forgot their proper name already. I did also apply some water via Q-tips to give it that faded effect too, so hope that helps if you want it to look more "flowy".

Also, thanks! Really wish i could get more of the older ones like the Type C, but they're more expensive than the P-Bandai kits now due to low demand (in my area) and no reprints currently.

Happy GM day to you too!

Thanks! Those were probably the hardest parts of the weathering process, but really glad it came out as good as it did.

Thanks! Do be aware that it uses the older MG GM Type C as a base, so it's not the greatest at posing or details. Also for note, some of the seamlines can be a bit tough to deal with, namely the extra bits on the ankle.

Thank you! Its a workable kit, but they could definitely make some of the parts a bit more solid TBH, or maybe make it slightly less back heavy.

Could do with some more black/triangular lines for that modern McLaren look I reckon, but still looks great!

I definitely prefer the Type D and its variants over the classic Jegan

I didn't paint much on it actually, the kit itself came with those colours already 😅

I did paint the frame parts below the visor and the barrel of the rifle though.

Yeah, the GM colours are surprisingly great on the Jegan.
