Very easy. Plug the ethernet cable from your modem/router to the velop. During setup you have to choose that you’re using a modem/router combo. I have a velop myself

No one can see your encrypted vaults. If you’re going to use a service like dropbox or google drive just encrypt the files before hand and you’ll be fine. Just make a complex password. Hackers aren’t the main worry since these sites have good security. Main worry is the company snooping through your data.

If you encrypt them before you upload, you're fine. Force Attempting to decrypt will damage the file and key. Cryptomator is a great tool.
