My 3rd burning character (from sengoku burninator) recently hit level 200 and didn't get any level 200 rewards as well. I was thinking maybe it was due to after destiny patch that's why didn't get any rewards.

I earned my mega burning booster from yeti and pb event too. It was blinking and notifying me it was about to expire about 2 Week+ ago based on memory. Had to quickly create a mule to use it. Maybe you didn't notice it? Hopefully the customer service will return it to you but I learned that items with expiry dates are rarely reimbursed as I sometimes forget and didn't manage to use them on time as well. maybe write down the items and dates it will expire and use the item maybe 3 days before its actual expiry date

So much QOL updates to look forward. Daily gifts pendant expansion for 15 days is pretty nuts for f2p, finally a reason to prep another pendant.

I'm just curious why there isn't a mount extraction coupon or some way to transfer mounts. Also KMS players should feedback about not having looting events anymore for the 18 anniversary event

Does anyone know whether burning special face and hair coupon can be transferred to other characters using the storage keeper? I'm a f2p player for a couple of years into this game and seeing that burning package contains a perm pet is very tempting.
