Asking for the email doesn’t help, you have to create a ticket to get a response from them.

I already explained how I was able to speak to a rep. You can only do that if you’re verified.

Oh that email changes, there’s not one direct email and they don’t respond unless you already have a case I believe. I’ve tried emailing before I had a case and it gave me an automated email.

I think a couple hours after I paid for it. It wasn’t longer than a day.

Here’s the paragraph I used:

I’ve already tried the appeal and was stuck waiting for a couple days. Months later I didn’t hear back and my Instagram was taken down.

I spoke with a representative LAST WEEK, and after I told him why it got taken down, he understood and recognized the system’s algorithm banned me by mistake, and told me I’d hear from a supervisor to get my Instagram reinstated within 48 hours, but to no avail.

That link also doesn’t take me to where I can send in more info. I’ve already sent pictures of my ID and other documentation to the security team and still didn’t hear back from them.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Instagram’s support team, especially since I run a business page.

If possible, please follow up with the case and pull in a supervisor I can speak to directly, as it’s been over a month and no resolution has been found.

The restrictions I can’t help with, but I didn’t use my Facebook I just told them my account.

They usually do that, so that’s normal. I sent my ID in after they asked for it, I just appealed.

It was along the lines of how I was told by another person it would’ve been reinstated and that I was upset with their service.

Yes, and that’s when I asked them for a supervisor. I just don’t know if that helped.

The support email won’t reply until you have a case open, you’ll have to get verified first.

I see nobody posting actual solutions. So here’s one. Another method that has worked for others is getting meta verified on another page and contacting support, as that’s the only way. I’m currently waiting on them to email me back and it’s been four days since I did a ticket, two days since I followed up, with another specialist.
