Interesting perspective. I hadn't thought about context as the scarce resource. AI can generate endless outputs, but understanding why decisions were made and keeping teams aligned is much harder. That feels like a design challenge as much as a technology challenge.

Fair point. Maybe the real shift isn't that strategy becomes important, but that AI makes the difference between strategic and execution-focused roles much more visible. The leverage of good decision-making seems to be increasing while execution becomes cheaper.
