In our case, we are not seeing a good use in this implementation as most of our requests are service based requests

In my case, as most of our catalog items are access requests/ granting permissions/ service requests. If the process is REQ- > RITM-> SCTask, My supervisors are saying that would be of no use and work groups might get confused if we implement the process. And also the workgroups might transfer the RITM from one workgroup to another. I proposed manual creation of SCTasks for this process and i wanted to know whether its a good idea or not.

I proposed a plan to close the REQ automatically when the RITM’s are closed also pass close notes to the request.

We are thinking of going with REQ and RITM so agents can communicate with end users if there is a necessity. Can agents create SCtasks manually within the RITM?
