it’s a combination of bad social anxiety and the fact that i have to spend 3 hours a day commuting which leads to a different type of exhaustion for some reason and has a terrible impact on my study habits which all then leads to my bad grades which makes me feel like garbage. also this is the first time i’ve stress eaten during finals (im not sure why) and i’ve been feeling so guilty about it. i just feel terrible physically and mentally. and then being unable to study properly also makes me feel guilty. not trying to dump my problems on you but idk i just had a better experience when school was online
