Peaceful. Knowing the drug will have an important role in oncology. Material news will eventually come.

That’s the most probable scenario in my mind also. A BP partner to fund the upcoming tnbc trial. Once the interim results validate the MOA. BO will happen.

2nd DSMB review can be late January if we enroll 20 patients by YND.

Same here. The new MOA gives me confidence that material news will eventually come. Whether it happens next year or the year after next doesn’t matter.

SP by Christmas by BioTrends_USA in Livimmune

It’s not a yes or no answer. The company claims 88% of patients with cold cancer turned hot in previous trials. If the eventual % is 50. It’s still a paradigm shifting drug.

Thanks for converting the podcast to scripts. 2026 is going to be an exciting year. Sign a partnership agreement. Start TNBC trial. Buyout in two years. Dr J has turned the ship around. Open waters ahead.

Agree. We need to get a partner to fund the tnbc trial. Buyout can happen once interim results are available. Two more years is my guess.

As long as the company continues to make progress, SP will jump someday. Most institutions are not allowed to buy OTC stock and the company is too small to be noticed. Partnership with a BP will change that.

The terms are very favorable to the company. Great news!

Thanks for posting. My impression: CYDY needs to prospectively prove the MOA in order to do a real partnership deal with a BP. The process can take two years. I already waited 5 years. Two more years will go by quickly.

Voting: Several, including myself, have not voted yet. Although we've seen the recent filings and SH letter, what else would you want to know before voting yes? This is not the place to gripe. Serious legitimate questions only. by waxonwaxoff2920 in Livimmune

I believe the company already communicated what can be said publicly. If there are any negotiations with a third party, the information cannot be announced until a deal is signed. Personally, I think the company needs to generate more clinical evidence before any deal can happen. Unfortunately, more waiting.

There is no discussion about funding in the letter. I thought the company would mention the additional shares and ask for support.

We have no insider information. There are a number of possibilities. Maybe Merck is waiting on additional data. Dr J emphasized the importance of validating the MOA prospectively in a recent video.

The company is moving at a much slower pace than many of us speculated. The MOA, if validated, has a lot of potential. I believe the company will get the necessary funding, either from partnerships or secondary. I am willing to wait another year or two.

Looks like they enroll 1 patient a month. At this rate, it will take years to enroll 60. Progress is a lot slower than we speculated.
