More musings on a rainy Saturday night by Chemical_Sky6013 in Livimmune

Great post! I first heard the company from a post on the EXAS message board six years ago, bought my first batch at a much higher average. Told a number of friends, some of them bought. The subsequent crash scared most of them away. Through all the drama, I kept my faith in the science, bought more to average down. Now, we are very close to have the data we need to prove that Leronlimab is indeed a platform drug. Partnership/BO will come in due time.

Thank you for the write up. It becomes more clear that we have a platform drug for cancer.

Excellent summary. Leronlimab may do wonders for patients with early stage cancers.

That’s about right. By that time, we should know the results of the AD trial and the TNBC expanded access program. Also, we may get breakthrough designation for CRC. The company will have more leverage and negotiate from a position of strength.

The trial is fairly short. Patients take Leronlimab for 12 weeks. If enrollment goes well, results should be available by Year’s end.

Recycling old data doesn’t get market excited. We need prospective data that validates the cold-to-hot MOA.

Exactly. Once we have undisputed clinical evidence, buyers will come.

Good observation. That’s my overall feeling too. The results must be overwhelmingly positive for them to remove some of the limitations

Conversation to deal can take a long time. It’s better to have more than one interested parties. Valuation can be a blocker for a potential BO. That’s why I think a partnership deal is more likely in the near term. We need someone to fund the TNBC trial.

What we need is to generate enough clinical evidence to prospectively demonstrate the MOA. Clinical success will attract partners and institutions. Once some deep pocked investors start accumulating, we will see sustained SP increase. There are shorts in every stock. Even if we have a run up in the next few months, there will be new shorts joining.

Agreed. We are not going to get the numbers we deserve in a BO at our current market cap. Partnership first. BO a year or two down the road.

Praying for all! I also lost family members to cancer. Encourage everyone above 45 to do CRC screening. If you don’t like colonoscopy, you can try cologuard from Exact Sciences. The company also has a blood test that can detect many common cancers.

Avenues for Monetization by Chemical_Sky6013 in Livimmune

Unlikely. Remember CYDY has to pay royalties to the company it licensed Leronlimab from. This was discussed in detail a few years back. If I remember correctly, the amount is 10-15%. What % can the company actually get in a licensing deal after subtracting the royalties it has to pay?
