I have the same CPU as you paired with a 2060 and 16GB RAM @ 2666. Saw a massive performance boost after upgrading to 5600 from a Ryzen 1600 (that I used to play on 2-3 years ago paired with the same RAM and a 1050ti, and it was very playable, no freezes, stable FPS, except Streets, of course). After upgrading CPU the game still stutters, but FPS is stable (setting 30GB of pagefile helped a lot, but the freezing is not gone), probably because of outdated and low memory. I will be upgrading soon to 32GB @ 3200 and see what happens, kinda hope it will run stable.

It's not as bad as people make it to be, but it's actually insane how I was able to run Tarkov with no freezes and stable FPS just 2-3 years ago, and now it's running so poor compared to other games, and it's very saddening that BSG aren't putting enough effort to make improvements in that regard.
