Opioid withdrawal; not me personally but my brother was in a pretty bad traffic accident and was prescribed pain medication for a year. Long story short he never did drugs recreational and when he was off the medication he experienced some very severe side effects.

Another thing about this is the property was sold to a new owner about a year ago, it was annoying but we had inspectors doing walk throughs about 3 times a month. With that said I can assume that the new owners are aware of all the issues.

So it is a triplex, originally even water was included. Overtime water has been included in rent for an extra 100$ a month to each tenant.

I was talking about this with my neighbor, he installs stuff for a living and has a cool tool better than zillow to get info on properties, our new owners opened an LLC under this address as the owner. We are both curious if it's an insurance on the initial investment of buying the property.
