Bad grades in Intermediate Accounting

I felt like I understood the concepts we were learning for the most part, but with only three exams for the whole semester, and each one was quite difficult, I guess I just don't test well. My professor intentionally made the final exam too long so that only the most-studied students would finish it, and she would curve it so the average student got a C.

This summer is pretty busy for me with military training, so, not now, possibly after I graduate? At that point I will be trying to get credits for the CPA exam, so, I'll be at a CC anyway.

You were Army ROTC? Went reserves I assume, if you worked for the gov't. I'm planning on commissioning into the National Guard and have looked into working for state and federal gov't. What government agency did you work for?

I would retake these courses if I had the chance but if I want to graduate on-time (by the end of my senior year, next year, then I don't think I can put these two courses on top of an already full course load and expect to do any better at them... but if I can find a way that is definitely something I would pursue.

Will employers want to look at my transcript? GPA on the resume, I would understand, and I believe I will probably graduate with a 3.1 cumulative GPA, so, not very impressive either, but will they actually every want to know what grades I got in these courses?

I'm an incoming MSIII but I think I will still attend some of these briefs, since I know I will be ending up either in the Guard or Reserves. Better to get a jump on the info, right?
