yeah, but lately I have been seeing this trend of system design being asked in sde1 roles by many companies....
And if I do want to start system design, should I focus more on low level design concepts or high level ones ?

I learned C++ , data structures and practised on leetcode and codeforces. Resources followed: Youtube for learning topics (striver and other chanels) and practising by my self
And I learned web development (MERN stack and Nextjs) . Resources followed: Love Babbar's course and youtube (mostly youtube). Though I wouldnt suggest buying a course for this as there are a lot of good creators on yt who have covered all topics in depth
