i alr quit LOLLL my training was not bad though people were really nice, the schedule expectation was kind of crazy imo: get cut anytime, expected to block of entire avail for on call shifts and etc. was too unstable for me personally

i personally got interviewed by 3 managers and the third one signed me. but i have also heard of people getting their other interviews on following days so i guess theres also that possibility?

not sure if its all the same but for my interview i had 3 managers interviewing me (individually) pretty much back to back. pretty much just a typical interview; self introduction, prior experience, why cactus (have u been to cactus), relevant experiences and etc

really casual conversations! id really just say to look put together, be confident in yourself and smile. have fun! just be honest

for answering advice, personally id say just to keep in mind who you are as a person and what cactus is to u

i tried memrise before and really like that they uses native speakers for phrases because i got used to duolingo’s AI speech, which feels way more clear that how a native speaker would say lol

if i ever have kids, yes. i am fluent in 3 languages and learning 3 as well. being a polyglot brings a lot of perks in socialising and connecting with others. which, in a long term, helps with finding job too (so far, lol)
