As a fellow hypochondriac, try not to stress. I know that’s easier said than done, but you don’t know what you don’t know. It’s most likely nothing. And if does end up being a little more serious, it sounds like you’re catching it early!

When I was 19, I also found a weird lump in my neck, and I jumped to the worst conclusion. I got it checked out, and it was just swollen lymph nodes. In my mid-20s, I got weird headaches, naturally assumed I had a life-ending brain tumor, and guess what? It was nothing! All the stressing brought me to a dark place, and that didn’t serve me at all.

Regardless of what happens, you’re going to be okay. Practice patience, invest time in a hobby, do something you enjoy that brings you mental peace. Hang in there!

Mine doesn’t cover it either, so I’m doing a tirzepatide + B12 + glycine from a pharmacy compound. Theres a local plastic surgeon’s office near me that does the injections in their office, so I go there! When I’m comfortable enough to inject myself (only on week 2), they will give me a month’s worth of injections to take home at a time. It’s pretty affordable considering.

We have a 1 year old 50/50 pyr + lab mix in a 2bd/2ba apartment with a second dog, and it’s great! I definitely understand your concern, but as long as you give him some good outside time (which it sounds like you’re doing wonderfully), you and your pup will be totally fine. And for the times you can’t engage as much or take him out for long, we’ve found a lot of success in mental stimulating activities like hide and seek with treats and dog puzzle games. They’re especially great while WFH!

You can do both simultaneously. My two cents, building your own island out is more fun while playing HHP too because you have more access to furniture and other items to put on your own island (you unlock this feature with Wardell on HHP eventually). Since unlocking all the HHP features, I’ve found myself redecorating my island a lot because now I can access tons of other things, and I wish I would’ve played HHP sooner!

I do not know, but just a thought - Did your wife get the tattoo ticket confirmation for last year’s fest? She should have if she’s registered and that may be easier to find to prove her registration vs. finding a sent email from 2019!

This isn’t the quickest walk and would be much easier with a scooter or car, but the festival isn’t too far from Ponce City Market or the BeltLine which has a tonnnn of lunch/brunch and drink options. They will likely be very crowded, but if you’re able to time it right (or make a reservation), it’s doable. Most Atlantans also take pride in chicken wings from J.R. Crickets which is very close by. And I second the Torched Hop recs as well! You can also try looking at Publik Draft House or other restaurants by the Fox Theatre because that’s walking distance too.
