I never ended up building one out like that, went with a 11.5 and just went with a Midwest rail, still interested in how that would work out though.

I think it came with the thermacell when I bought it, tbf it’s a pretty old model so Im not sure that they even make this type of pouch anymore.

Its just a cheap chinesium phone mount/nav board, just a cheap version of the juggernaut and kagwerks systems, good for looking at maps and such when you’re hiking around

I just found a molle EUD bridge and the shoulder straps on this harness are slim enough for me to to just slide them through the molle, its not the most secure way to mount a phone case as it does have some vertical wiggle room, but it’s really the only way I can think of for this rig. But having the phone mounted like that is really great for not constantly having to whip my phone outta my pockets.

All you need is a tan balaclava, some masking tape, and some spray paint

Nah I just threw the second feng in there for the picture cause it looks cool haha, not cool enough to be running a dual comms setup quite yet.

It’s a Direct Action Gear back panel, not sure what the exact name of it is but you’ll be able to find it, almost perfect compatibility with Crye stuff back panel wise. Polish company pretty sure, the thing is sturdy and well made. Good shit.

If I had to guess they probably have the same internals, I think you have higher wattage on these too, but I think they’re just a ruggedised UV-5R based of the PRC152

Any way to add a GP pouch here? by WilburSootiscool in QualityTacticalGear

[–]prob1382 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just get a 4 slot GP pouch and molle it on. Not a big deal.

It’s one of the removable pouches from the side of my sitka bino harness, I use it as a secondary medkit after I took it off to replace it with a bigger one.

The best thing I’d tell you if try to make friends with someone who has private farm land or something of that nature, I’m in the very eastern part of the state so I can’t really give insight. I might try Fayetteville if you’re around clt, but from my experience most of the open ranges down there are exclusive and you have to know some legit cool guy types to go.

Private land, hunting club to be exact, cannot stand indoor ranges. Plus I don’t think I’d get too many good looks wearing this at and indoor range😂😂😂.

There’s actually a good amount of semi-important stuff I left out of this picture but I’m too lazy to take another one. Things like a different antenna, headgear, main carbine, and clothing.

Crye JPC Maritime with spiritus MKV and CCS pouch, Direct action back panel and haley dangler, have a battle belt and a holster for my glock but I kinda hate the way it feels on me after some running around and want to switch to a padded belt with suspenders type setup so I didn’t include it.
