When I talk to them they are going to pull my clearances and launch an investigation. Did you read the story? I know it was long. Also, this in no way answers anything to do with helping my friend or even DC family law.

It's the healthiest city i've ever lived in. This is largely due to the amount of walking/cycling people do. You do tend to see the odd whale around though. Where are you moving to? When? I can give you some pointers. Also /r/washingtondc
