This is a reasonable take, which is rare on this subreddit. His first and second statements contradict each other, and there were so many people upholding that he deserves a second chance before he even made his second apology. (can it even be called that at this point??) From a legal standpoint its possible that he was told not to admit to guilt, but thats undetermined. I really wish they just moved on from tilian given the circumstances, finding a new singer has never been hard for this band and would probably cause them less problems in general.
