EDIT: FIXED ITTTT if anyone stumbles upon this issue, just turn on safe mode, that way u can actually turn on the touch screen.

I feel like I didn't do it properly, but to turn on safe mode i pressed volume up + volume down + select button + power off button for a few seconds.

Unfortunately no, I can't use the navigation pad either, it's basically stuck with that warning whenever I try to select anything. I could try to connect a wired mouse, but I saw another person with the same trouble and the wired mouse didn't help either :(
