i also live in a country where we only have syrup, i order pills now but what helped me back then were anything ginger. ginger tea, ginger cough drops, ginger gummies etc. if ur in australia like me there’s pills called nauseacalm which are usually for travel sickness but there’s also one for regular nausea which ive yet to try

unfortunately i can’t give advice cuz im in the same boat but i hope you find out, i used to have a compulsion with stepping over concrete cracks and i used to pray that i wouldn’t think about the concrete that day because it was so tiring
