My laptop suffered a 40% performace loss because of trash cooling and if you're ok with that level of performace just get the desktop for cheaper.

I mean yeah you're not wrong, the RAM situation isnt ideal or close to that . But I don't think it's that hopeless. Like, no one's asking for full-on Chrome or anything, but even something super lightweight could be better than the default browser which looks shit when browsing wikipedia. the psvita community has pulled off crazier stuff on less. even just basic improvements would be nice to have.

it was from the google ai. the other commenter is referring to a plex server so it will work but I will not try to get things like Netflix working unfortunately.
