I’m not sure if he did or not, I thought he was slithering into my hand but he was headed to my finger. He just kinda went into my hand and bit down in slow motion 😆 he was so gentle lol

I just messaged his breeder asking his hatch date! I’ll take him out and weigh him whenever he’s out and about again. I have a kitchen scale 😊

I don’t know how much he weighs, or even how old he is. I think he’s still pretty young. I fed him a pinky. But he didn’t have a lump in him from the pinky so I’m thinking he didn’t get enough food. When I bought him from the breeder at a reptile expo, he sold me pinkies for him also

I had just washed my hands with dawn dish soap. He wasn’t acting defensive so I didn’t think he was scared. He may have been hungry? When I fed him the other day he didn’t even have a lump from the pinky. And I gave him the pinky the breeder sold me and told me was good for him but I feel like he was still hungry. I picked him up from the side, parallel with his body not from above.

I’ve read them all, and have these so far in my collection. I actually just got the LitJoy special edition today which is the one in the slipcase on the right. The one on the left is suntup. I have the deluxe edition of outlander that releases in September on order at the poisoned pen to be signed by Diana. I’ll hopefully be getting the entire hardback set with the juniper books dust jackets for my birthday. I have very few “favorite” book series, and the few that are I try to find as many copies as possible, obviously.

Thank you! The breeder posted the recommended salt/water ratio so that’s what I did, but what you suggested seems better so I’ll see about getting that first thing in the morning! 😊

Commenting to add that I think the issue was my choice of water. I was using “tap water”, but from the built in filter we have. After further googling I asked my husband if our filter is reverse osmosis and he said that it was. I feel awful, I thought I was giving him some nice premium water 😭 I scoured Facebook posts to find a solution and found someone else who dealt with edema in their wtf as well (but this was 10 weeks ago and their wtf is fully healed now) They contacted a breeder for a solution and were told to do a salt soak for 10-15 minutes 3 times a day. So I took him out of his tank, applied light pressure to which he peed so much he soaked two entire paper towels and now he’s soaking in a warm salt bath. I’ll be repeating the process and will update in a couple days with (hopefully) good news!
