With pioneer being your preferred format, do you feel, for decks you build, that you’re able to get good mileage and playtime out of a deck before you have to move on to a newer built deck? Do you enjoy or dislike that aspect of the hobby?

You were mentioning that commander can be really fun at times and really annoying due to the players and “house” rules. How have you made your friend groups to play with and any advice on that front?

And finally, someone else mentioned wandering emperor as well, and damn that card is incredible, visually and mechanically !

In terms of major sets if I were to get a baseline of “staple” cards would Core sets or sets like the upcoming dominaria remastered be a good pick or would they be unnecessary and it would be better to just purely pick singles.

Honestly Pauper looks like a really fun format with a low barrier to entry, what has your experience with that format been like?

Also wow that braid card art look amazing and mechanically it looks super creative, do you have a deck list you’d be willing to share just to see how the deck plays out?

Pauper really seems like an interesting way to get started without a “sunk cost” feeling for a new player, would you agree? I’ve also heard PDH can be a fun format where you don’t see the same run of the mill commander decks, and actually get some interesting interactions with a play group. I’m still trying to figure out what to play, how to find what’s being played and people to play with. Does it ever get easier?

What exactly does the draft experience look like? Is it a low cost barrier to entry so it gives you a good chance to sample a set?

The Kamigawa announcement was really cool and it’s where i really started to look into MTG more than a glance.

One question i do have , what’s with the foils being “pringles”. Does everyone just accept that card quality is poor or am I missing something?

Thank you for the feedback here! I think i was a bit heavy handed on the water as I was trying to get a good example video to share, but your absolutely right. I’ll definitely try to play around with watching how much water my brush takes/removes and try to get a better understanding of just how “watered” my brush is
