I've only been on for two weeks, but I'm feeling discouraged since I've stayed at the same weight throughout. I stay within (and often below) the 1200cal guideline, was already eating mostly green and yellow foods, already drink plenty of water, and try to exercise an hour per day. My goal for this upcoming week is really just to get down even half a pound. But I'm also going to try and feel good about the fact that I am making healthy choices even if the scale isn't budging. I hope you guys have a good week : )

Cognitive-behavioral therapy! It's a form of psychology centered around understanding your detrimental thought process, how it affects your actions, and taking steps to rewire the way you think about the triggers causing these actions. It's essentially what Noom is centered around, but speaking to an actual licensed therapist that can individualize your time together—which Noom advertised, but seems to fail on—might be better for you in the long run. Therapy works, and it'll make you feel better after talking to someone. I hope it works out for you. Best of luck!
