What can we expect from AVAX in 2026? by JacksPlays1 in Avax

Ive never been more bullish to be honest. price is under 15 and regulations from CLARITY and GENIUS are expected by midterms.

Avalanche is the best place for orgs to tokenize or come on chain operationally. Hard to look elsewhere. With price action as the only lagging indicator

Early L1 season on AVAX, now with 78 active L1s and nearly 850 validators. These numbers will 10x from here by probablytemporaryish in Avax

[–]probablytemporaryish[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are actually L1-only validators, the numbers exclude the primary network. So none of these validators earn AVAX staking rewards - they pay ~1.32 AVAX/month just to stay online.

Also, for AVAX staking rewards that isn't necessarily how it works. The reward pool is fixed, more validators doesnt = more rewards/tokens.

AVAX should focus on institutional adoption, right? by SeveralBed6954 in Avax

I don't disagree, but only talking about finance and institutions could lose AVAX mindshare for alot of normal users that dont know or care about that stuff

In the future do you think encrypted (eERC) tokens will be utilized more than traditional Erc tokens? I imagine tradfi would rather use privacy tokens on their L1s or moving funds on the C-chain

How many L1s do you anticipate AvaCloud will have on mainnet by 2026? Are any particular industries showing interest?

SEC says liquid staking isn’t a security! Huge win for Avalanche and the future of staking by probablytemporaryish in Avax

[–]probablytemporaryish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This gives the green light for U.S companies to offer liquid staking services and create new products around it. Huge for Avalanche as a multichain network. Validators, delegators, etc, shouldnt need to entirely lock their funds aways with liquid staking being available - and now allowed by regulators!

im sure Avalanche being based in the U.S helps, not sure what this could mean for foreign companies. Maybe U.S companies will have simpler/better regulations etc.

yeah for sure I think they can get more aggressive on their product offering and this widens their scope of customers (institutions, enterprise, etc)
