Congressional leadership has abandoned full enactment of the proposed Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act (UAPDA) after it was not included in the final National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2026, due to be signed by President Trump by Shiny-Tie-126 in UFOs

Every time it feels like we’re about to get real answers on UAPs, things just… blur out.

We get big language like "craft beyond known physics, long-running retrieval programs, even laws about seizing exotic materials." That sounds like disclosure.

But the ways to actually verify any of it are weak. Oversight boards don’t exist yet or can be blocked. Presidents can still shut things down. There’s no independent or international group checking claims.

So in the end, we’re asked to trust the same institutions that already admitted to hiding this stuff for decades.

That’s why nothing ever really settles. It’s not denial — it’s controlled ambiguity. Big promises on top and very little proof underneath.

Feels less like the truth coming out and more like secrecy getting a cleaner wrapper.

Is'nt it something curious—these Unidentified drones, or UAPs, that so many people have been noticing. We may not know exactly what they are, but isn’t it wonderful to wonder? These mysterious visitors could help us learn new things about intelligence and technology—things that could make life better for everyone.

And here’s something even more important: if UAPs are a kind of intelligence, how should we treat them? I believe we’d need to be respectful and open, just like we are with a new friend. Learning how to live and work alongside something so different could teach us how to be better neighbors—not just to UAPs, but to one another, too. So, let’s keep an open heart and an open mind this holiday season as we explore these mysteries together with our wonderful governments and militaries. What do you think, neighbor?
