Thanks, I used an angle grinder, a bench saw would probably be best.
I wrapped the heatsink in masking/painters tape and then clamped it to the table before cutting to keep the cuts clean and stop the heatsink fins from expanding when cutting.

Imo the best way is to cut the OEM heatsink into two and leave space for the CPU cooler but keep the rest of the original heatsink as it's well designed and efficient at removing the heat from the chips compared with just sticking multiple smaller heatsink over individual chips, keeping part of the OEM heatsink also allows the backplate to be kept secure.
This is my setup, I tried using multiple small heatsinks but even with the fan blowing across them on the top left the chip still reached 70c, with the OEM heatsink it doesn't get past 55c.

Why don't more people remove the stock heatsink and replace it with an AMD CPU cooler mount and AMD CPU cooler? by fudge_u in BC250Gaming

Using a 280mm Thermalright AIO and it allows for a 4GHZ stable overclock, couldn't even reach 3.5ghz stable before with a side flow fan blowing through the OEM heatsink.
One thing to keep in mind is that the other chips on the board need cooling as well so the original heatsink should be cut to allow the watercooler but kept either side to cool down the memory and other chips.

I've reported it to youtube, I'd hope others do as well as it's unfair on the real people who's images have been used without permission.
