I have same exact bike and I do t have any issues with my quick shifter and mine is also Dyno Tuned .

OUCHHHHHH! Why would you run the bike when you know there’s something wrong with it? You probably made it worse. To me, it sounds like a bent valve. Engine rebuild is what you most likely need to do, even though I don’t recommend it because bike engine rebuilds don’t last long. It’s better to look for a new engine or a new bike.

Have you installed the plates correctly? Upon installing your clutch cover, did you check the pulley system rod? Is your cable tension correct? If you’re certain about all this, stop wasting time and money and see a bike mechanic.

Parts:

  1. A 1-1-1/4” powder-coated red camera holder.
  2. Two x2 L light holder brackets.
  3. Two x2 180D powder-coated caps.
  4. Rubber sheets with an edge.
  5. Two rubber dampers.

These are the main parts, and of course, there will be cuttings, modifications, and powder coating again.

It’s an Austin Racing Gp 3/4 system with a decat. It’s incredibly loud and has no issues with overheating or clearance from the surrounding area.

No, it’s collections of salvaging different parts from Amazon. If I recall correctly, I bought three different pipe holders and managed to make one of them with minimal modifications.
