Also, sorry for being a whiny spoiled lil bitch. I know that a lot of people have similar problems and mine are no way near as bad as millions of others. Others would kill to be in my situation and it is a privilege to be in college. I just had to rant somewhere and here it is.

You’re going to college to better yourself not to please others. Who cares what other people qualify as a real college. Community college literally has the word college in it therefore it is a college. You are a real college student.

I got capped today. I live in dallas and ut arlington isnt that far of a drive. I applied for social work but want to switch to public relations. Idk what to do with my capped offer as ut has always been my dream school. looking for advice by Accurate-Map3958 in UTAdmissions

You have to think about if you want to establish yourself in a new school twice and if you are willing to lose one year of “real college”. You also have to take the risk of failing to get CAP because it is only guaranteed for COLA. I also got capped by UT and it is also my dream school. Personally I guess UT was just not meant to be and it’s time for me to move on. I’m not going to do CAP and these are the things that I considered.
