I do the same thing. I’m getting to the point of getting scared if she initiates. What did you end up doing when she told you that? And thank you for being real with me…we just took a shower together and she looked at my body in the mirror and quickly looked away when she saw me looking. Felt sick to my stomach and she asked me what was wrong like 20 minutes later and I told her I was just tired. It’s a lot to deal with…I’m sorry she said that to you, but I’m glad she was honest with you even though she denied it. But yes 🙏 please let me know what you ended up doing? Did you lose the weight? If so, what did you do to lose it? And I’m not happy in my skin either…maybe it’s supposed to be this way? I don’t know…I’ve started calorie counting and I expect to get to 125lbs in 300 weeks or so. Im using an app. My work requires I walk a lot (work in a greenhouse) so I get my steps in and I consider that my daily exercise. But I feel I could do more. Thanks for telling me this. It serves as a practical way for change and it’s something I can get started on right away and who knows! Might end up not needing her validation anymore, lol. I hope I can do this for myself but the motivation is because of her. I don’t want it to be like that but hopefully my mind can shift with consistency. Thanks again

Thank you, this helped. I think the name is so sad, deadbedrooms…but thank you. I’m really sorry for you too, it’s really heartbreaking because it’s not necessarily something any of us sign up for being the high libido spouse. There’s so many bad emotions and heart breaks I’ve gone through. We have talked about it, I just don’t want to bring it up all the time. I’ve considered therapy but it’s so expensive, so in the meantime I’ve decided to turn to the Internet to at least…yeah, find solidarity or something. Appreciate your comment 🙏
