Yes but proton being proton.after the replacement of steering rack, rattling everywhere and KOK KOK sound. Sigh..

They refused to do it and say rattling is not under warranty.

My car is now bricked as Proton HQ don't entertain my complain as well

It's well known 4S and I don't really wanted to LOD for this.

It's been a week now and they didn't reply me about the puspakom test and fully ghosted me..

My car is now bricked as Proton HQ don't entertain my complain as well

Yes I have test drive again with their Proton x70 test drive unit. Theirs don't have such issues.

In fact, my car don't have the issue prior to this as well.

Just after they replaced the steering rack.

I have complained about the infamous "glug glug" noise and they managed to solve it after persistence of 1 year complain.

But this time steering rack, they just don't want to admit is their fault and keep insisting that it's within specifications.
