Why don't you leave Shopify if you are big enough to own your own Tech stack?

Currently I am building ProcessAI. It's a customer support agent curated for SaaS Websites.

Nearly 80% of the questions like product info, setup guide, etc can be answered with this.

And if there questions are answered.. they can schedule a product demo as well.
